Return & Refund Policy

Products are returnable only if they are received damaged, missing, or spoiled.


Conditions for return/replacement:

  • For damaged or missing products: Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • For spoiled products: Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, invoice image, outer box image, product images, and an opening box video.
  • Only the affected item will be replaced in case of multiple-item shipments.

Notes:

  • We do not accept returns for taste, texture, colour, or aroma differences due to natural handmade production.
  • Refunds are not provided; we will replace products after verification.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
